About Us
Education for All
Our vision for Inclusara is to create a safe, engaging environment that empowers all students to reach their full potential. We strive to support all learners, irrespective of age, prior attainment and SEND. We believe wholeheartedly that all children have the right to receive a high-quality education that is tailored to their needs.

We rebranded to Inclusara, from Empower Learning, in April 2026. The name Inclusara combines our core value of inclusivity, with the name of Rosie's mum, Sara, who sadly died in 2020.

Head Pup in Charge
Waverly
Waverly (Wavey/Woover/Pooper) is our resident canine and educational support pup. She can often be found snoozing in the background of lessons, terrorising the other employees (her kitty siblings), or helping herself to the staff room snacks.

"I am so happy with how much Megan has grown in confidence over the time she has been working with Rosie. I am so impressed with Megan's tutor, the relationship they have built is great and communication is always brilliant." (Parent)
"We’ve had such a positive experience with Rosie. She provides clear, structured instruction that makes learning accessible and enjoyable for my child, who has special needs. Her approach creates a safe and engaging environment where my child feels confident and supported. We’re truly grateful for her patience, professionalism, and the care she brings to every lesson." (Naomi, Parent)
"I am thrilled to share my experience with Rosie, who has been an exceptional maths teacher for my son this year. From the very beginning, she created a welcoming and engaging learning environment that made maths enjoyable and accessible. My son has not only improved his maths skills but has also developed a newfound confidence in his abilities" (Marija, Parent)
